How much does it cost to attend?
The cost is $10 in advance, $15 at the door. If you go to the Events page you can purchase your event tickets before you arrive and save $5.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! $5 for kids 12 years old and under.
Can I invite my friends?
Yes please! The event is open to anyone and everyone. The more the merrier!
Can I pay admission or auction bids with my credit card?
Yes you can, although we recommend that you bring cash and checks to the event for quicker service in the entry and auction lines.
What is the attire?
The event is casual, so dress comfortably or as if you were going out!
If I am playing in the volleyball tournament during the afternoon can I still attend the evening party? Yes! Your entry fee in the tournament includes admission to the auction evening party and concert.
If I am a tournament player can I leave to freshen up and return for the evening party?
Yes! You will be given a stamp/wristband for re-entry that evening.
What time does the auction bidding start?
The auction will be officially opened at 11am when the tournament starts. We expect the auction to really ramp up with bidding in the evening from 7pm until 9pm. The auction closes at 9pm and winners can pick up their items!
What time does the live music start?
The bands will start performing shortly after the evening festivities begin and will continue to play all night for plenty of fun singing along and busting a move on the dance floor.
What if I can't attend the event and want to make a donation instead?
Go to the Donate page and make a much appreciated general or tax-exempt donation.
